Sajo Ski Resort - This resort is situated within the Suanbo Tourism Area, which is a large-scale tourism zone where transportation is convenient from cities and has a hot spring that can be used all year round. | Mt. Sobaek Jew Tree stocks - The Jew trees are living under a bias toward the west along the ridgeline of Mt. Sobaek in 1200 m - 1400 m above sea level. About a hundred trees live here, and the height is generally only around 7 m because they are exposed to the wind. The girth is not fixed but the branches spread in all directions
for about 2 m. They don't grow tall because they are exposed to the wind. It looks like a brush. It has been popular since they were were used as material for the furniture of royal families. |

| Sangsu Herb Land |

Sangsu Herb Land is the biggest herb farm in Korea where you can see, feel, and taste everything about herbs. About 500 herbs out of 2,500 herbs in the world are displayed in this place.
The farm is divided into automatic grass greenhouse and outdoor garden. The automatic greenhouse is about 3,000? and carries the oder of hundreds of gerbs. Actually it is the land of herbs in itself. The greenhouse is composed of 13 rooms such as Lavendar room, Rosemary room, Thyme room, Caryplant room, and so on and people can drink herb tea and appreciate herbs at anytime. Activities |

| Jang-Yong Mt. Natural Rest Area beside Geumcheon valley is famous for its beautiful scenery, and clean water. This rest area has many facilities; paths, a log house, physical training place, an outdoor swimming pool, a very wide parking lot, and various facilities. So a lot of Daejeon citizens visit here and it is the best place for a rest amongst nature. |

It is one of the best places in Mt. Worak National Park, and is located in Susanmyeon Geogokri between 5-1 and 9. The view from the top of the mountain is gorgeous.
Also cruising along the Cheongpunglake is the one of the best way to enjoy it. Scholar Lee HWhang named it Oksunbong which means "cliff is rocky, and high".
On the middle of cliff, there are carved letters (Dan, Gu, Dong, Moon). Kim il-soon born in Joseon dynasty gave high praise to it in the Book (Yegiseongram) and Lee Jung-Whan who lived in the same ages described it in poetry. |

Bakdaljae is the place where General Kim Chwiryeo won a complete victory against Georangun in 1216. Also in 1258, they gained a victory joining Jecheon, Chungju and Chungpoongin against the Mongols In , In 1997 Bakdaljae tunnels
(1960meters) opened, and many visitors are coming learn about the story of the boy Bakdal and the girl Geumbong and enjoy local food on the top.
